All orders are fulfilled from Boratyn, 45605, Ukraine
Shipping costs
Free Shipping — available on orders over $120
Flat rate — $8.90 for orders under $120. The discount or flat rate is applied automatically at checkout.
Processing & dispatch
We prepare and dispatch orders on business days. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, item availability, and custom / made-to-order products.
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation (and tracking details when available).
Tracking
Whenever tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking number after dispatch. You can also track your order anytime via our Track Order page. Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after the parcel is accepted by the carrier.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. For orders to the USA, customs fees are paid by the sender; for other countries, they are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Customs processing can also affect delivery times, and we can’t control or speed up customs clearance.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or additional fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you notice an error right after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at tuturaua@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order is dispatched.
Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
If your package is delayed, we recommend checking tracking updates first. If it looks stuck or hasn’t moved for an unusual amount of time, contact us at tuturaua@gmail.com and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with:
- your order number,
- photos of the outer packaging,
- photos of the item(s) and the damage.
