How we do it

The first step - sketching.
Firstly, the idea and sketches.

The second step - 3D modeling
Creating a virtual model using modern 3D technologies.

The third step - 3D modeling
Printing master models on a high-precision photopolymer printer.

The fourth step - creating a casting mold
Creating wax models using a silicone mold made based on the 3D model.

The fifth step - low tide.
Casting metal using jewelry method, where the casting mold is baked for 14 hours at a temperature of 650 degrees, after which molten brass is poured into the mold under vacuum.

The sixth step - primary buckle forming.
Primary processing of the cast product, removing the sprue from the casting tree, trimming excess metal, grinding, and rough polishing.

The seventh step - patination
Applying a patina to the product. We artificially darken the brass, so after polishing, some elements of the hook remain darker and some lighter, emphasizing the artistic design of the hook.

The eighth step - final polishing.
Final polishing of the hook, using the finest abrasives, giving the hook an incredible shine.
