Privacy and information protection policy for the online store "Tutura"


This Privacy Policy, hereinafter referred to as the Policy, applies to the processing of personal data that may be received by the Tutura online store. From individuals (subjects of personal data) on the basis of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" of 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI (hereinafter referred to as the Law). General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 (EU General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter - the GDPR). As well as the online document "How Google processes information received from websites and applications that use our services, and other applicable European data protection legislation, collectively referred to as the Legislation.


We process your personal data only if one of the conditions set out in Article 6 of the GDPR is met. Personal data is information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be identified (User).


By leaving your data on the site, you agree to the Privacy and Information Protection Policy. The administration of the Tutura online store (hereinafter Site), cannot transfer or disclose the information provided by the user (hereinafter referred to as the User) during registration and use of the site functions to third
parties, except as provided by the laws of the country in which the user operates.


1. Obtaining personal information 


1.1. To communicate on the website, the user must provide some personal information. To verify the data provided, the website reserves the right to request proof of identity online or offline. The Website uses the User's personal information to maintain and improve the quality of the services provided.

1.2. Part of the personal information may be provided to a bank or payment system if the provision of this information is conditioned by the procedure of transfer of funds by the payment system whose services the User wishes to use. The Website makes every effort to protect the User's personal
data of the User.

1.3. Personal information may be disclosed in cases described by law, or when the administration considers such actions necessary for compliance with a legal procedure, court order or legal process necessary for the User to work with the Website. In other cases, under no circumstances will the information transmitted by the User to the Website be disclosed to third parties.

1.4. We really take the security of personal data of our clients, potential clients and other persons who have contacted us seriously, therefore we strive to protect the confidentiality of your personal data.

The administration undertakes to take all necessary measures to prevent the misuse of your personal data that becomes known to us. We will process your personal data in strict accordance with the requirements of the current Legislation and only if there are legal grounds for such processing.

This Policy applies to personal data received both before and after the entry into force of this Policy.

2.2 By using our website, you, by providing your personal data to the Administration, including with the help of third parties, acknowledge your consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy.

2.3. If you disagree with the terms of this Policy, you must stop using our website.

2.4. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User, has no opportunity to assess his legal capacity.
However, the Administration assumes that the User acts in good faith, prudently, provides accurate and sufficient personal data and makes all necessary efforts to keep such data up to date and does not violate the rights of third parties.

2.5. By agreeing to the terms of this Policy, you confirm that at the time of collection of personal data you are informed about the persons to whom personal data are transferred, the content and purposes of personal data collection. You confirm (guarantee) that the personal data transferred to us for processing are transferred with the consent of the personal data owners and in accordance with the Law.

2.6 Your personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of the Law. Processing of personal data of persons residing in EU territory or are EU citizens is regulated, in particular, by the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"). In addition
the laws of other countries may impose additional requirements.

2.7. This Policy is an internal document of the Website Administration.

3. What data we process 


3.1 If you want to know what personal data we process, you can request this information at any time, including by contacting the Administration. The list of data that we must provide you with can be found in Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR. When you contact us, you must provide us with your specific requirements so that we can legally consider your request and respond to it.

3.2. Please note that if we are unable to verify your identity through the exchange of electronic messages or when you contact us by phone, or if we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to provide us with an identity document. This is the only way we can avoid disclosing your personal data to a person who may be impersonating you. We will process requests as soon as possible, but at the same time, please remember that providing a complete and legitimate response to personal data is a complex process that can may take up to a month.

3.3. If the Site Administration processes your personal data on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data (in particular, for the purpose of marketing/advertising mailings), further processing may be terminated at any time. It is enough to withdraw your consent to such processing, if it is a software newsletter, by clicking on the Unsubscribe, Unsubscribe button or by personal message.

3.4 You can also exercise your right to be forgotten. In the cases provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR, the Administration will destroy your personal
data that it processes, except for the personal data that we are obliged to keep in accordance with the requirements of the law. The same applies in this
case, for security reasons, the Administration may ask you to provide an identity document.


4. Place of storage of personal data 


The administration of the Tutura online store does not maintain personal system storages, all incoming data is processed and stored in the system Shopify marketplace, in accordance with the specified document and on the provided leased hosting.


5. Changes to the privacy policy


This Policy may be changed or terminated by the Administration unilaterally without prior notice to the Users, including if required by law including if required by law. The new version of the Policy comes into force upon its posting on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

6.2. The administrative authority for personal data protection in Ukraine is the Department for Personal Data Protection of the Secretariat of the of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. You may address it with complaints or suggestions if you believe that
your rights have been violated in connection with the processing of personal data.
