Return and Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must not have been installed or used
- The product must be in its original condition
- The original packaging and all included accessories must be retained
- We ask that you handle the products with care before returning them to ensure a smooth process
Change of Mind Returns
If the product does not quite suit your space — whether due to style, size, or overall impression — you can return it within the 30-day period.
- Return shipping is free for all approved returns.
- We will provide clear return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Our goal is to make the process simple and stress-free.
Non-returnable items
Some items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items in non-standard sizes
- Custom designs created at the customer's request
- Items that show signs of installation or use
As each custom item is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage not related to shipping or misuse, we will be happy to:
- Replace the item (if available), or
- Issue a full refund
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- Item
- Packaging
- Shipping labels
If the defect is confirmed, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Please note that your bank or payment service provider may require additional processing time.
