Shipping costs

Free Shipping — available on orders over 500 (as shown at checkout)

The discount is applied automatically — you’ll see it in your checkout summary before you pay.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the total weight of your order. You’ll always see the final delivery price before you pay.

Basic international rates (by order weight)

Below are our standard starting rates used for most destinations. Your exact rate is always confirmed at checkout.

Processing & dispatch

We prepare and dispatch orders on business days. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, item availability, and custom / made-to-order products.

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation (and tracking details when available).

Tracking

Whenever tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking number after dispatch. Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after the parcel is accepted by the carrier.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing can also affect delivery times, and we can’t control or speed up customs clearance.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or additional fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error right after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at tuturaua@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order is dispatched.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, we recommend checking tracking updates first. If it looks stuck or hasn’t moved for an unusual amount of time, contact us at tuturaua@gmail.com and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the outer packaging,
  • photos of the item(s) and the damage.
