3D Modeling

The sketch becomes a digital sculpture. Every line is refined to achieve balance

A physical master model is created. The idea becomes something you can hold

Mold Creation

We produce silicone molds and wax replicas — precise and delicate

Metal Casting

Molds are heated for 14 hours. Molten brass is poured under vacuum

First Reveal

The mold is broken. The raw piece appears for the first time

Patination

We darken the metal to reveal depth and contrast. Each piece gains a unique character

Hand Polishing
